Dr. Landisoa Tafangy, a young Malagasy woman who, together with her husband, started a health center in an underserviced community. Dr. Tafangy was a member of the 2016 YALI cohort from Madagascar, and the health center is affiliated with the Blue Star Network of private clinics providing family planning methods, supported by USAID.
