Adam Alexander is a consummate storyteller thanks to forty years as an award-winning film and television producer, but his true passion is collecting rare, endangered, and delicious vegetables from around the world. He is a director of [https://ourfood1200.wales/ OF1200], a company championing food growing in Wales and celebrating local varieties. He is a seed guardian with the [https://www.gardenorganic.org.uk/what-we-do/hsl Heritage Seed Library].
