Robin Scher is a freelance writer based in Johannesburg, South Africa. He is a graduate of the [https://journalism.nyu.edu/graduate/programs/cultural-reporting-and-criticism/ Cultural Reporting and Criticism Program] at the Arthur L. Carter Journalism Institute at New York University. He also holds a master’s degree in international relations from the University of Cape Town.
