Deviled Eggs SOUTHERN

Ingredients

  • 12 hard-boiled eggs
  • ¼ cup mayo
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tbsp sweet pickle relish
  • salt
  • pepper
  • paprika

Method

  1. Halving — Halve eggs; remove yolks.
  2. Mashing — Mash yolks with mayo, mustard, relish; season.
  3. Piping — Pipe into whites; dust with paprika.
