Ingredients

  • 4 beef patties
  • 2 cups mushrooms sautĂ©ed in butter and thyme
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 4 buns
  • garlic aioli

Method

  1. Cooking — Cook patties; add Swiss and mushrooms last 2 minutes.
  2. Toasting — Toast buns; spread aioli; assemble.
