Ingredients

  • 1 chicken (cut)
  • 250ml Riesling
  • shallots
  • mushrooms
  • cream
  • tarragon

Method

  1. Browning — Brown chicken; deglaze with Riesling.
  2. Adding — Add shallots + mushrooms; braise 40 min.
  3. Removing — Remove chicken; reduce sauce + cream.
  4. Step 4 — Return chicken; garnish tarragon.
