Gazpacho à la Française (Cold Tomato)

Ingredients

  • 800g tomatoes
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 garlic
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • salt
  • basil

Method

  1. Blending — Blend all ingredients.
  2. Straining — Strain; chill.
  3. Garnishing — Garnish with fine-diced cucumber + basil.
