Ingredients

  • 300g almonds
  • 200g sugar
  • 3 tbsp water
  • pink food coloring

Method

  1. Making — Make sugar syrup; add almonds + coloring.
  2. Cooking — Cook stirring until sugar crystalizes around nuts.
  3. Continuing — Continue until re-caramelizes (second pass).
