Ingredients

  • Choux pastry
  • coffee or chocolate pastry cream
  • fondant icing

Method

  1. Making — Make one large + one small choux puff.
  2. Filling — Fill both with pastry cream.
  3. Icing — Ice with fondant; stack small on top of large.
