Ingredients

  • 150g tuna (diced)
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • nori
  • sushi rice
  • shiso

Method

  1. Seasoning — Season tuna with sesame oil + salt.
  2. Coning — Cone nori; add rice, shiso, tuna.
