Ingredients

  • Morcilla (blood sausage)
  • apple (diced)
  • olive oil
  • thyme
  • bread

Method

  1. Sautéing — Sauté morcilla slices 2 min per side. Add apple, cook 2 min.
  2. Step 2 — Spoon onto bread. Garnish thyme.
