Ingredients

  • Hominy, pork or chicken
  • Green sauce: tomatillos, jalapeños, pepitas, cilantro, epazote
  • Same garnishes as red

Method

  1. Making — Make green sauce; fry; add to pork-hominy broth.
  2. Simmering — Simmer; serve with garnishes.
