Coronation Chicken BRITISH

Ingredients

  • 400g cooked chicken
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp mango chutney
  • 1 tbsp mild curry powder
  • 50ml cream
  • dried apricots
  • flaked almonds
  • watercress

Method

  1. Toasting — Toast curry powder in pan; cool.
  2. Mixing — Mix mayo, chutney, curry, cream.
  3. Folding — Fold in chicken; garnish with apricots, almonds, watercress.
