Ingredients

  • 500g rhubarb chopped
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • stem ginger syrup. Crumble topping as above

Method

  1. Combining — Combine rhubarb with sugar and ginger syrup.
  2. Topping — Top with crumble; bake 190°C (375°F) 35 minutes.
