Larb Moo (Pork Larb)

Ingredients

  • 500g ground pork
  • 3 tbsp toasted rice powder
  • 3 tbsp fish sauce
  • 3 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 5 shallots (sliced)
  • 4 stalks green onion (chopped)
  • 10 dried chilies (crushed)
  • 20 mint leaves
  • cilantro
  • sticky rice to serve

Method

  1. Cooking — Cook pork in pan with a splash of water until done; cool slightly.
  2. Adding — Add toasted rice powder, fish sauce, lime, sugar; mix well.
  3. Folding — Fold in shallots, green onion, dried chilies, mint, cilantro.
  4. Tasting — Taste and adjust seasoning. Serve at room temp with sticky rice and raw vegetables.
