Galettes de Sarrasin (Buckwheat Crêpes)

Ingredients

  • 200g buckwheat flour
  • 1 egg
  • 350ml water
  • ½ tsp salt
  • butter

Method

  1. Mixing — Mix flour + egg + water + salt; rest 1 hr.
  2. Cooking — Cook thin in buttered crêpe pan.
  3. Filling — Fill with ham + egg + Gruyère (complète).
