  • choux puffs (12)
  • caramel
  • chiboust cream (pastry cream + meringue)
  • whipped cream

Method

  1. Baking — Bake puff pastry circle.
  2. Piping — Pipe choux puffs; bake; dip in caramel.
  3. Arranging — Arrange caramel puffs around edge of tart.
  4. Piping — Pipe chiboust cream + whipped cream in center.
