Classic Reuben Sandwich AMERICAN

Ingredients

  • 224g (8 oz) corned beef sliced
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 4 tbsp Thousand Island dressing
  • 112g (4 oz) sauerkraut
  • 4 slices rye bread
  • 2 tbsp butter

Method

  1. Step 1 — Butter outside of bread. Layer: dressing, corned beef, sauerkraut, Swiss on inside.
  2. Grilling — Grill on medium heat 3–4 minutes per side until golden and cheese melts.
