Ingredients

• 900g (2 lb) frozen shredded hash browns
• 1 can cream of chicken soup
• 1 cup sour cream
• ¼ cup melted butter
• ½ cup diced onion
• 2 cups shredded cheddar
• salt
• pepper. Topping: 2 cups corn flakes crushed + 4 tbsp melted butter

Method

1. Mixing — Mix all except topping; pour into 9x13.
2. Topping — Top with buttered corn flakes.
3. Baking — Bake 175°C (350°F) 50 minutes until bubbly.
