Ingredients

• 900g (2 lb) ground turkey
• ½ cup breadcrumbs
• 1 egg
• ¼ cup chicken broth
• 1 onion
• 2 cloves garlic
• 1 tsp Italian seasoning
• salt
• pepper
• glaze (ketchup + Worcestershire)

Method

1. Mixing — Mix all ingredients.
2. Step 2 — Form loaf; top with glaze.
3. Baking — Bake 175°C (350°F) 55–60 minutes to 75°C (165°F).
