Ingredients

• ½ tsp baking soda (optional). (Classic: these 4 ingredients only.)

Method

1. Mixing — Mix all together until combined.
2. Rolling — Roll into balls.
3. Pressing — Press with fork in crosshatch pattern.
4. Baking — Bake 175°C (350°F) for 10-12 min until edges set.
5. Cooling — Cool on tray — they firm as they cool.
