Ingredients

  • Choux puffs
  • whipped cream or ice cream
  • warm chocolate sauce

Method

  1. Piping — Pipe choux into golf ball rounds. Bake, cool.
  2. Splitting — Split and fill with cream or ice cream.
  3. Step 3 — Stack in pyramid. Pour warm chocolate sauce over.
