Ingredients

  • Swiss roll (spiral slices lining bowl)
  • bavarian cream (500ml pastry cream + 4 sheets gelatin + 300ml whipped cream)
  • mixed berry compote

Method

  1. Lining — Line bowl with plastic then spiral Swiss roll slices.
  2. Filling — Fill with set bavarian cream; cover with sponge.
  3. Refrigerating — Refrigerate 4 hrs; invert; serve sliced.
