Quiche aux Poireaux (Leek Quiche)

Ingredients

  • Pastry shell
  • 3 leeks (sliced, sweated in butter)
  • 3 eggs
  • 250ml cream
  • Gruyère
  • nutmeg

Method

  1. Blind-baking — Blind-bake shell; fill with leeks + cheese.
  2. Pouring — Pour custard; bake 170°C (340°F) 35 min.
