Tacos de Rajas con Crema

Ingredients

  • 4 poblano chiles, roasted and peeled
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 200ml crema mexicana
  • 200g queso fresco or panela
  • Corn tortillas

Method

  1. Roasting — Roast poblanos over flame; peel; cut into strips (rajas).
  2. SautĂ©ing — SautĂ© onion; add rajas; stir in crema and cheese until melted.
  3. Serving — Serve in warm tortillas.
