Berlin Currywurst GERMAN

Ingredients

  • 4 bratwurst
  • 1 cup tomato ketchup
  • 1 tbsp curry powder (3 tbsp for topping)
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire
  • pinch cayenne
  • French fries

Method

  1. Grilling — Grill or fry brats; slice into coins.
  2. Warming — Warm ketchup with 1 tbsp curry powder and Worcestershire.
  3. Pouring — Pour sauce over sliced sausage; dust with additional curry powder.
  4. Serving — Serve with fries.
