Ingredients

• Suet pastry (flour, suet, sugar, water)
• 4 tbsp raspberry jam

Method

1. Rolling — Roll pastry into rectangle; spread jam leaving 1cm border.
2. Rolling — Roll into log; pinch ends.
3. Wrapping — Wrap in foil; steam 1.5 hours. Serve with custard.
