  • KartoffelklĂ¶ĂŸe (3 cups mashed potato + 1 cup flour + 2 eggs + salt, rolled into balls)

Method

  1. Preparing — Prepare sauerbraten as above.
  2. Boiling — Boil potato balls in salted water 15 minutes; drain.
  3. Serving — Serve alongside sliced roast with sauce.
