Ingredients

• 6 hard-boiled eggs peeled
• 500g sausage meat
• 1 tbsp sage
• flour
• egg
• breadcrumbs
• oil for frying

Method

1. Seasoning — Season sausage meat; wrap each egg evenly.
2. Dredging — Dredge in flour, beaten egg, breadcrumbs.
3. Deep frying — Deep fry at 175°C (350°F) 7–8 minutes until golden and cooked.
