Sweet Potato Kartoffelpuffer GERMAN

Ingredients

  • 3 sweet potatoes grated
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • salt
  • oil

Method

  1. Squeezing — Squeeze moisture from sweet potato; mix with egg, flour, cumin, salt.
  2. Frying — Fry 3–4 minutes per side until golden.
