DescriptionB&O Red Caboose C-2222 at B&O Railroad Museum Baltimore MD October 2017.jpg
English: This classic little red caboose was originally built at the B&O shops in Washington, Indiana in 1929. Over the course of its nearly 50 years on the rails, it was rebuilt twice, first to be used to help push trains (between the engine and the train), and later into a 33-foot long Class I-5D caboose. It was acquired by Chessie System in 1970, and used for mine service until its retirement in 1975. It resides at the B&O Railroad Museum.
