Template:Observer

When added a topic:
- Create the topic page in the Project namespace (eg.
Project:NewTopic) - Add a comma separated list of usernames to the topic page (eg.
User:WikiVisor, User: OtherUser) - Add the template call to the topic template, as shown in the example:
{{Observer|{{:Project:NewTopic}}}}
Usernames can be passed to the template directly, when used outside the topic templates. For example, if you don't want users to be able to change lists of allowed users themselves, add your super user name as the topic page observer:
{{Observer|User:SuperUserName}}
