Discovery what it is like to be a Neuroscientist! Join Sophie Stokes Cerkvenik to explore how neurons, the cells in our brain, communicate. Use microscopes to visualize C. elegans- a tiny, transparent worm used in research. Try your hand at using light to control worm behavior!
Scientist in the Spotlight is held on the first and third Friday of each month from 2-4 p.m. The program allows Museum guests to meet real scientists and discuss their research. See program page below for additional scientists in the series.
