Chocolate Snow Caps

- Ingredients
- 1 c. brown sugar
- ½ c. butter
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- ½ tsp soda
- 1¼ c. pastry flour
- 4 sq. unsweetened chocolate melted over hot water
- ¾ c. milk
- Directions
1.
Mix by cake method.

Drop from teaspoon to greased pans.
3.
Bake in moderate oven.
4.
When cool top with white frosting.
- Remarks
Should be size of large chocolate cream. Makes 50.
