- 1 lb. pastry flour warmed slightly
- ½ lb. butter
- ¼ lb. sugar
- Directions
1.
Sift sugar and flour several times.
2.
Work butter into flour and sugar with cake spoon. Knead thoroughly.
3.
Roll one inch thick, cut into rounds, score with a fork and bake in a moderate oven till golden brown.
