Cream Taffy

- Ingredients
- 2½ c. sugar
- ½ c. glucose
- 1 tbsp butter
- ½ tsp. salt
- ½ tsp. glycerine
- 1 c. water
- Directions
1.
Put sugar, glucose, butter and water in kettle.
2.
Boil to very firm ball or 258°F.
3.
Add glycerine, salt, flavor and color as desired.
4.
Pour on well greased slab.
5.
When cool enough to handle, pull until porous.
6.
Cut with shears.
