Sugared Popcorn I

Ingredients
  • 2 qts. popped and sifted corn
  • 2 c. brown sugar
  • ½ c. water
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions
1.
Boil sugar, water and butter until it forms a firm ball when tested in cold water or 250°F.
2.
Add flavoring and pour slowly on popped corn while stirring corn vigorously until all is well coated and the syrup sugars.
