Peanut Brittle II

Ingredients
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 4 tbsp. butter
  • 1⅓ c. water
  • ¾ c. glucose
  • 2 level tsp. soda
  • ¾ lb. peanut meats
Directions
  1. Boil sugar, glucose and water to hard crack or 275°F.
  2. Add butter and soda.
  3. Beat well, pour over peanuts scattered in well greased pans.
