Ingredients
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • ½ c. water
  • 1 can dry marshmallows
  • ½ tbsp. vinegar
Directions
1.
Boil sugar, water, butter and vinegar to soft crack when tested in cold water or 290°F.
2.
Remove from fire, drop in marshmallows one at a time, cover with the syrup and remove with fork to buttered marble or plate.
