Lightning Cake

- Ingredients
- 1¼ c. flour
- ¾ c. sugar
- 3 tsp. baking powder
- ½ tsp. salt
- ⅓ c. fat or oil
- 2 eggs
- milk
- Directions
1.
Sift dry ingredients.
2.
Put fat into a cup. Add eggs unbeaten. Fill up cup with milk.
3.
Beat 3 minutes.

Vary with chocolate, cocoanut, nuts or spices.
