Ingredients

• Grated rind of 1 orange
• ½ tsp. lemon juice
• 1 tbsp orange juice
• 1 egg yolk
• Powdered sugar

Directions

1. Add fruit juice gradually to egg yolk slightly beaten.
2. Stir in sugar until of consistency to spread.
