- Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- ⅓ tsp. salt
- 2 tbsp. cream
- ½ tsp. vanilla or cinnamon
- Flour to make a dough to roll
- Directions

Beat eggs well, add other ingredients.
2.
Roll very thin—almost transparent.
3.
Cut in two-inch squares.
4.
Gash like the top of pie crust.
5.
Cook in deep fat and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Handle with two forks when frying.
