- Ingredients
- 2 egg whites
- ⅔ c. powdered sugar
- 1¼ c. walnuts, ground fine
- ½ tsp vanilla
- Directions
- Beat whites stiff with Dover egg beater.
- Mix into whites with a spoon, the sugar and ground walnuts.
- Add vanilla.
- Bake in a little more than a moderate oven until shape is set, then reduce heat to a slow oven.
